Vice Chancellor of Tripura University, Professor Debabrata Das, held a meeting with the professors of the university on July 9 at the Maharaja Bir Bikram Hall of Tripura University. Registrar Professor Sameer Kumar Seal was also present at the meeting.

Addressing the faculty members, Professor Das emphasized the need for conducting high-quality research of national and international standards. He stated that Tripura University can regain its position and glory at the national level only through significant improvement in the quality of research.

The Vice Chancellor urged the professors to take a proactive role in strengthening the university’s academic reputation. He assured that Tripura University would extend all possible support and assistance to faculty members in their research activities.

Professor Das also called upon the teachers to complete their assigned responsibilities within the stipulated time frame and work with greater dedication for the overall development of the institution.
