Tripura Tourism Minister Sushanta Chowdhury on Tuesday chaired a preparatory meeting at the State Secretariat to review arrangements for the upcoming ‘Seva Jyoti Kalash Yatra’ programme.
The meeting focused on ensuring that the programme is conducted in a smooth, disciplined and successful manner. Various aspects, including overall preparations, coordination among stakeholders, participation and other important organisational matters, were discussed in detail.
Speaking about the objective of the programme, Chowdhury said the ‘Seva Jyoti Kalash Yatra’ is aimed at strengthening the spirit of public service, respect for the nation and taking the message of service and welfare-oriented initiatives of the government to people across society.
He emphasised the need for coordinated efforts and active participation from all concerned to ensure the programme reaches the people effectively and conveys the messages of service, unity and patriotism.
The meeting was attended by MLA Abhishek Debroy, Secretary Kiran Gitte and other officials and representatives.
Chowdhury called for collective cooperation to make the programme meaningful and successful, reiterating the message: “Service is our resolve, service is our strength, and the welfare of the people is our commitment.”
