As part of the nationwide agitation announced by the All India Congress, Tripura Congress in-charge Saptagiri Sankar Ulaka arrived today to witness the preparedness by Tripura Congress which will continue from August 22 to September 07. 

Tripura Congress in-charge Saptagiri Sankar Ulaka arrived in the state on Friday afternoon to oversee the proper implementation of the program. 

He was welcomed by Pradesh Congress President Ashish Kumar Saha and senior Congress MLA Birajit Sinha. 

Speaking to the media, Ulaka launched a scathing attack on the state government, alleging large-scale vote theft in recent elections. 

He said that the campaign is being carried out across all states and will be followed by a mass signature drive, targeting the collection of 10 crore signatures to be submitted to the Election Commission and the President of India. 

“Such movements will continue until people’s mandate is respected and democracy is restored,” Ulaka asserted.
