The Supreme Court Collegium on Monday (September 15) recommended the appointment of Justice Biswajit Palit as a permanent judge of the Tripura High Court.
In its notification, the Collegium stated: "The Supreme Court Collegium, in its meeting held on September 15, 2025, has approved the proposal for appointment of Shri Justice Biswajit Palit, Additional Judge, as a Permanent Judge of the High Court of Tripura."
