No Entry Without Pass: Tripura Legislative Assembly Tightens Security

The Secretariat of the Tripura Legislative Assembly has announced security measures for the 13th Tripura Legislative Assembly’s ninth session. According to an official notification, no person or vehicle will be allowed to enter the Assembly premises without a valid pass issued by the Secretariat.

Members of the Tripura Legislative Assembly, media personnel, and Assembly staff must present their identity cards or valid passes at the entrance if requested by security personnel.

These individuals are permitted to enter the Assembly grounds in vehicles or other means of transport, provided they carry the authorized pass.

However, visitors, government officials, journalists, and Assembly employees will not be allowed to bring bags or any other prohibited items into the premises. These measures have been put in place to ensure smooth and secure access during the session.
