During the session, people from various parts of the state met the Chief Minister to raise personal and medical issues, seeking urgent government intervention.

The Chief Minister listened attentively to each grievance and directed the concerned officials to take immediate steps for redressal.

Among the attendees were Ajit Deb of Paschim Bhubanban, who sought help for his wife’s heart condition; Pratima Adhikari of Sepahijala who approached with a gallstone issue; Shiuli Bhattacharya of Ujan Abhaynagar, who raised her husband’s heart blockage condition; Khokan Biswas of Dukli, whose wife is suffering from kidney problems; Sudhir Debnath of Unakoti district, who cited his wife’s eye condition; and Narayan Chandra Ghosh of Bhati Abhaynagar, who reported his wife’s heart and kidney ailments.

The Chief Minister promptly instructed Health Secretary Kiran Gitte, Health Director Dr. Tapan Kumar Majumdar, and other health officials to initiate necessary action. Some of the grievances were addressed on the spot.

In a separate appeal, Rajib Debbarma of Kadamtala, Agartala requested assistance to help his son pursue a career in sports. The Chief Minister directed Youth Affairs and Sports Secretary Dr. P.K. Chakraborty to take necessary steps.

Senior officials including Social Welfare and Social Education Secretary Tapas Roy, IGM Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr. Debadri Debbarma, and Cancer Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr. Shiromani Debbarma were present during the program.

The Chief Minister assured the attendees that pending issues would be reviewed and resolved in a time-bound manner.
