To ensure the smooth completion of the upcoming voter list revision, the Election Department today organized a one-day workshop at Pragya Bhavan with the participation of employees from all levels of the department.
The workshop was inaugurated by the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Tripura, Brijesh Pandey, who emphasized that the primary objective of the training is to publish an error-free voter list and to familiarize officials with the relevant legal provisions.
He noted that the Election Commission regularly conducts such workshops to strengthen the electoral process.
“After being trained in these workshops, employees will play a crucial role in carrying out the voter list revision work efficiently in their respective districts and subdivisions,” Pandey said.
Additional Chief Electoral Officer U.J. Mog and several senior officers were also present during the session.
