On the occasion of World Health Day, Assam Rifles organized a Blood Donation Camp at Radhanagar, Tripura, reaffirming its commitment to public health and humanitarian service.
The camp saw enthusiastic participation from Assam Rifles personnel wherein 54 individuals voluntarily donated blood as an act of social service and compassion.
The event was conducted in coordination with the Unakoti District Hospital, where the district health authorities collected blood following all prescribed medical guidelines and safety protocols.
The initiative also aimed to promote awareness about the importance of voluntary blood donation and demonstrated Assam Rifles' role other than operational duties.
