In a significant move aimed at strengthening rural livelihoods and enhancing community development initiatives, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission (TRLM) and The/Nudge Life Skills Foundation.
The MoU signing program was held in presence of TRLM CEO Tarit Kanti Chakma.
On X, TRLM said the collaboration is designed to provide technical support for reducing vulnerabilities in targeted blocks and districts across Tripura.
“It focuses on improving sustainable livelihood opportunities while strengthening the socio-economic resilience of rural and marginalised communities. Under this partnership, both organisations will jointly work on capacity building, skill development, and the implementation of inclusive development programmes. The initiative is expected to enhance access to livelihood resources, improve employability, and support long-term income generation for vulnerable groups”, said TRLM.
It said that the collaboration aligns with broader efforts to promote community empowerment and sustainable rural development in the state. By combining TRLM’s grassroots implementation framework with The/Nudge Life Skills Foundation’s expertise in skilling and livelihood enhancement, the partnership aims to accelerate impactful change at the community level.
