In a moment of immense pride for the state of Tripura, the District Administration of Unakoti District has been conferred the prestigious SKOCH Award at the 108th SKOCH Summit held in New Delhi.

The award was presented at the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, August Kranti Marg, New Delhi, in recognition of the district’s innovative governance initiative titled “Sampark”, under the summit theme “Regulatory Framework for Viksit Bharat”.

The honour was received by Megha Jain, District Magistrate & Collector of Unakoti, alongside Dr. Tamal Majumdar, who was the then DM & Collector of the district.

The recognition highlights the district administration’s commitment to innovative governance, public service delivery, and administrative excellence. The initiative “Sampark” has been acknowledged for its impact-driven approach and citizen-centric framework.

Officials expressed gratitude to the entire administrative team and stakeholders whose collective efforts contributed to achieving this milestone, marking a significant achievement for governance in Tripura.
