A wave of shock has gripped Bishalghar following the mysterious death of a night watchman. The incident occurred in the New Town Hall area of the city. 

The deceased has been identified as Shyamal Saha (67), a resident of the West Laxhibil area under Bishalgor Police Station.

According to reports, Shyamal Saha was found lifeless on Saturday night while on duty in the Town Hall premises. However, the exact cause of his death remains unclear. Questions are being raised whether it was a natural death or if other factors were involved.

The Bishalghar Police reached the scene immediately after the incident and recovered the body. It has since been sent for post-mortem examination. Authorities stated that the cause of death will be revealed once the autopsy report is available.
