A bus accident early this morning in Tripura’s Kamalpur area under Dhalai District has left 18 passengers injured, causing alarm among local residents and disrupting the nearby market in Saikabazar.
The bus, en route from Agartala to Kailashahar in Unakoti District, reportedly lost control while navigating a sharp turn and fell into a deep gorge. Passengers stated that the journey had originally started from Radhanagar Bus Stand in Agartala.
