Tripura Chief Secretary Jitendra Kumar Sinha has been admitted to a private hospital in Agartala after developing viral fever, cough, and dehydration.

Doctors have placed him under medical observation and stated that his condition remains stable. He is responding well to treatment, with his vital signs reported to be normal.

Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha visited the hospital on Wednesday to review Sinha’s health condition. He met the doctors attending him and interacted with family members to receive updates on his treatment and recovery.

Later, in a social media post, Dr. Saha shared that the Chief Secretary’s health parameters were stable and wished him a speedy recovery. He also prayed for his continued good health.

Health Secretary Kiran Gitte accompanied the Chief Minister during the visit. Hospital authorities informed that medical tests are underway and Sinha is being closely monitored by the medical team.

The Chief Minister assured that there is no reason for concern and said that the Chief Secretary is showing improvement under proper medical care.
