Tripura Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha has welcomed the Central Government's decision to establish fast-track courts for the speedy disposal of question paper leak cases, describing the move as a landmark initiative that will safeguard the interests of millions of students across the country.
The Chief Minister said the decision, taken under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, reflects the Centre's unwavering commitment to protecting the hard work, merit, and future of the nation's youth.
Dr. Saha said the establishment of fast-track courts would ensure swift, strict, and uncompromising action against those involved in paper leak cases. He added that the move sends a strong message that no individual or organization attempting to jeopardize the dreams and future of students will be spared.
He noted that paper leaks severely undermine the transparency and credibility of competitive examinations and recruitment processes, causing immense hardship to deserving candidates who prepare with sincerity, dedication, and integrity. He expressed confidence that the Centre's initiative would help restore public trust in the examination system by ensuring timely legal action against offenders.
